Life Groups: Leadership Resources
| Life group leaders play a critical role in the spiritual lives of their life group members. Because of this, we regularly provide training, direction, encouragement, and accountability for each of our life group leaders. Here you will find resources for life group leaders, apprentice leaders, and life group coaches.
Life Group Ministry Leadership Structure:
Life group leaders are directly cared for and encouraged by their life group coach. Each coach cares for three to six life group leaders. Coaches meet on a regular basis with the life group pastor, David Kaufmann.
