Life Group Coach Role Description

Role Description: Pastoral Care, Encouragement

Expectations:

• Actively participates in a life group
• Tries to visit all the groups under his care at a minimum of once per quarter
• Gathers all his groups once per quarter for mutual encouragement, pastoral care, and vision
• Always looks for new leadership to train and send out
• Adheres to our core values of reaching inward, upward, and outward
• Sets goals for his groups to multiply
• Actively contacts all life group leaders under his care once per month
• Works with life group leaders, rather than making independent decisions
