At LCF, we are committed to missions, as described in the Great Commission, and we support missionaries all over the world. In 2009 and 2010, we sent five new families overseas to spread the gospel.

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-19

It is the responsibility of every believer to be involved in world missions, either by going overseas themselves or by sending others. We have several ways, at LCF, that you can engage in world missions right here, right now:

1. Missionary care

Lovingly care for a missionary by communicating with them regularly, sending birthday cards, sending care packages, praying for them regularly, and more.

2. Short-term mission trips

Several trips are planned each year to visit missionaries in various countries. Join us for a life-changing experience!

3. Annual world missions conference

Each year we hold a world missions conference on our campus, where you can learn about our missionaries around the globe, learn how you can get involved in the spread of the gospel to the nations, and even meet a few of our missionaries.

4. Cross-cultural connections

Nashville has become a very diverse city, with over 140 different ethnicities represented in the area! Helping a refugee family is an excellent way to reach these international communities with the gospel.
